Standard Warranty Package

  • Warranty period: 36 months from the date of invoice issued by CMS
  • Warranty form: at customer’s location
  • Warranty content and process:

Step 1: Customers call the service reception center 1900 2159 to report the problem. Service reception time 8×5 (8 business hours a day and 5 business days a week)

  • For common problems, technicians will connect for remote support, support time within 02 hours from receiving the request.
  • For complex problems, within 08 working hours, a technician will come to check and determine the status and provide a solution: fix on-site or order a screen/components for replacement.

Step 2: CMS delivers the screen or components to the customer’s address and directly processes and fixes them. Support time within 5-7 working days depending on the area.

  • For provincial cities: Commitment to process and replace equipment within 5 working days
  • For districts and communes: Commitment to handle and replace equipment within 7 working days.
